Hi, I am Ana Rita, an Amsterdam based snr art director, and creative lead. For the past 12+ years, I had the chance to work with a diverse range of clients— from small and local businesses to global brands — in the fields of fashion,
culture, music, and lifestyle in Europe and Australia.

I love to help brands refine their cultural
and artistic relevance, particularly in the representation of female and female-identifying audiences and communities.

I am driven by bold ideas, meaningful storytelling, and collaboration. With over 12 years of experience,
I help brands refine their cultural and artistic relevance, crafting narratives that foster authentic and inclusive connections.

I thrive on building creative teams, shaping compelling concepts, and making space for
ideas to evolve naturally, focusing on nurturing
originality, trust, and human connection.

I move fluidly between commercial and non-commercial worlds, bringing a sharp eye and an open mind to every project. I value working with forward-thinking, socially conscious partners who believe in creativity as a force for positive impact.

Currently working with adidas Digital Content as Senior Art Director and Creative Lead.

Don’t be shy. Say Hi ︎
Besides my client work, I am often busy with self initiade projects.
I am passionate about analog photography, and for the past 15 years have
been diligently carrying cameras around wherever I go. My photos are rooted
in intimacy, candid capture and a never ending search for mundane beauty.

More recently (2022), I started 40daysofdrawing, a project that invites everyone
to collectively commit to a continuous practice over 40 days of daily drawing. Invisioning drawing as an intuitive practice, and tool to be present,
drop perfectionism, and let go of  control. In 2024, I started to facilitate workshops focusing on intuitive mark making as a conversation starter to a creative practice.
